Musnad Ahmad 26:620

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, from Salamah ibn Kuhayl, from Ibrahim ibn Suwayd—and he was the imam of the mosque of ‘Alqamah after ‘Alqamah—who said: ‘Alqamah led us in the Dhuhr prayer, and I do not know whether he prayed three or five [rak‘ahs]. It was mentioned to him, and he said: "And you, O one-eyed man?" I said: "Yes." He said: "Then he prostrated two prostrations." Then ‘Alqamah narrated from ‘Abdullah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, the like of that.
