Musnad Ahmad 26:662

Waki’ narrated to us, al-A’mash narrated to us, from Abu Wa’il, from ‘Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever swears a false oath (yamin sabr) by which he seizes the property of a Muslim man while he is wicked in it, he will meet Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, while He is angry with him." He said: And this verse was revealed: {Indeed, those who exchange the covenant of Allah and their [own] oaths for a small price} [Al ‘Imran: 77] to the end of the verse.
