Musnad Ahmad 26:704

Sufyan—meaning Ibn ‘Uyaynah—narrated to us, from Mis’ar, from ‘Alqamah ibn Marthad, from al-Mughirah al-Yashkuri, from al-Ma’rur, from ‘Abdullah, who said: Umm Habibah said: "O Allah, grant me enjoyment with my husband, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and with my brother Mu’awiyah, and with my father Abu Sufyan." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to her: "You have asked Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, for appointed terms, reached traces, and divided provisions. Nothing of them shall be brought forward before its time, nor shall it be delayed. If only you had asked Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, to save you from the punishment of the grave and the punishment of the Fire." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about the monkeys and the swine: "Are they from those who were transformed (into that state), or were they something that existed before that?" He said: "No, rather they existed before that. Indeed, Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, does not destroy a people and then grant them offspring or a legacy."
