'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar informed us, from al-A'mash, regarding His saying, the Almighty and Majestic: "He certainly saw of the greatest signs of his Lord" [An-Najm: 18]. He said: Ibn Mas'ud said: "The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saw a green covering from Paradise that had blocked the horizon." He mentioned it from Ibrahim, from 'Alqamah, from 'Abdullah.
