Musnad Ahmad 26:768

Yazid narrated to us, Fudayl ibn Marzuq informed us, Abu Salamah al-Juhani narrated to us, from al-Qasim ibn Abd al-Rahman, from his father, from Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No servant ever says, when he is afflicted by worry and sadness: 'O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your handmaid. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is executed, and Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that is Yours, by which You have named Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept hidden in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Quran the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the remover of my sadness, and the departure of my worry,' but Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, will remove his worry and replace his sadness with joy." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, should we learn these words?" He said: "Yes, it is fitting for whoever hears them to learn them."
