Musnad Ahmad 26:807

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, Al-A'mash narrated to us, from Ibrahim, from Alqamah, from Abdullah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) became forgetful in the prayer, so he performed the two prostrations of forgetfulness after speaking.
