Musnad Ahmad 26:844

Hassan ibn Musa narrated to us, Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, from ‘Asim ibn Abi al-Najud, from Abu Wa’il, from Ibn Mas’ud, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "A woman should not touch another woman, as if she is describing her to her husband, or portraying her to her husband, or to a man, as if he is looking at her." "And if there are three, two should not whisper to each other excluding their companion, for that would grieve him." "And whoever swears a false oath to seize the property of his brother—or he said: the property of a Muslim man—he will meet Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, while He is angry with him." He said: Al-Ash’ath ibn Qays heard Ibn Mas’ud narrating this, so he said: "It was regarding me that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said that, and regarding a man with whom I had a dispute before the Prophet (ﷺ) over a well."
