Musnad Ahmad 1:29

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Ismail ibn Abi Khalid informed us, from Qays ibn Abi Hazim, from Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, who said: "O people, you recite this verse: 'O you who have believed, upon you is [responsibility for] yourselves. Those who have gone astray will not harm you when you have been guided' [Al-Ma'idah: 105]. And I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: 'Indeed, when the people see the oppressor and do not take hold of his hands, it is imminent that Allah will encompass them with a punishment from Him.'"
