Hadith 30:1
Hashim ibn Bashir informed us, Abdullah ibn Abi Salih Dhakwan informed us, from his father, from Abu Hurairah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Your oath is upon what your companion believes you to be truthful about."
