Musnad Ahmad 30:1021

And the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Indeed, the Right Hand of Allah is full; spending does not diminish it, pouring forth night and day." "Have you seen what He has spent since He created the heavens and the earth? For it has not diminished what is in His Right Hand." He said: "And His Throne is upon the water, and in His other Hand is the grasp; He raises and He lowers."
