Musnad Ahmad 30:1064

The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Every joint of the people has a charity due upon it every day the sun rises." He said: "You act justly between two people is a charity, and you assist a man with his mount, carrying him upon it or lifting his luggage onto it, is a charity." He said: "A good word is a charity." He said: "Every step you take toward the prayer is a charity, and removing harmful objects from the road is a charity."
