Musnad Ahmad 30:1069

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "A woman shall not fast while her husband is present except with his permission, and she shall not permit anyone in his house while he is present except with his permission. And whatever she spends from his earnings without his command, then half of its reward is for him."
