Musnad Ahmad 30:1083

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "A thief does not steal at the time he steals while he is a believer, and an adulterer does not commit adultery at the time he commits adultery while he is a believer, and a drinker does not drink at the time he drinks while he is a believer—meaning wine. By the One in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, no one among you plunders a plunder of high status, such that the believers raise their eyes toward him regarding it, while he is a believer at the time he plunders it, and no one among you misappropriates (ghulul) at the time he misappropriates while he is a believer." So beware, beware.
