Musnad Ahmad 30:1097

And the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Whichever village you come to and reside in, then your share is in it. And whichever village disobeyed Allah and His Messenger, then its fifth is for Allah and His Messenger, and then it is for you."
