Musnad Ahmad 30:1121

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The Hour will not be established until you fight the Khuz and the Kerman, a people from the non-Arabs (Ajam) with red faces, flat noses, and small eyes, as if their faces are hammered shields."
