Musnad Ahmad 30:1154

Abu Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Abdullah ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Hurmuz al-A'raj, from Abu Hurairah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever finds the means [to offer a sacrifice] and does not offer a sacrifice, then let him not approach our place of prayer."
