Musnad Ahmad 30:118

'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Malik, from Dawud ibn al-Husayn, from Abu Sufyan, from Abu Hurayrah: That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, granted a concession regarding *'Araya* (the sale of fresh dates on the tree for dried dates) that they be sold by their estimated measure, in five *awsuq* (loads), or what is less than five.
