Musnad Ahmad 30:1185

Rawh narrated to us, Abu Umayyah ‘Amr ibn Yahya ibn Sa‘id ibn ‘Amr ibn Sa‘id ibn al-‘As narrated to us, he said: My grandfather Sa‘id ibn ‘Amr ibn Sa‘id informed me, from Abu Hurayrah, he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "The destruction of my nation will be at the hands of young boys from Quraysh." Marwan said—and he was with us in the circle before he held any authority—: "May the curse of Allah be upon them, young boys." He said: "By Allah, if I wished to say the sons of so-and-so and the sons of so-and-so, I would have done so." He said: So I went out with my father and my grandfather to Marwan after they had gained power, and behold, they were giving allegiance to the young boys among them, and whoever was given allegiance while he was still in swaddling clothes. He said to us: "Is it possible that these companions of yours are the ones whom I heard Abu Hurayrah mention, that these kings resemble one another?"
