Hajjaj narrated to us, he said: Ibn Jurayj narrated to me, he said: Isma'il ibn Umayyah informed me, from Ayyub ibn Khalid, from 'Abdullah ibn Rafi', the freed slave of Umm Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, took my hand and said: "Allah created the soil on Saturday, and He created the mountains therein on Sunday, and He created the trees therein on Monday, and He created the disliked things on Tuesday, and He created the light on Wednesday, and He dispersed the beasts therein on Thursday, and He created Adam after 'Asr on Friday, the last of the creation, in the last hour of the hours of Friday, between 'Asr and the night."
