Hadith 30:1363
Yunus narrated to us, Layth narrated to us, from Muhammad, from his father al-Ajlan, from Abu Hurayrah, that he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked: "Which of the people is best?" He said: "I, and those who are with me, then those who are upon the track, then those who are upon the track." Then, it was as if he rejected those who remained.
حدثنا يونس، حدثنا ليث، عن محمد، عن أبيه العجلان ، عن أبي هريرة، أنه قال: سئل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أي الناس خير؟ فقال: " أنا، والذين معي، ثم الذين على الأثر، ثم الذين على الأثر "، ثم كأنه رفض من بقي
