Musnad Abu Hurairah (RA)
مسند أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه
Hadith 30:1391
'Affan narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Suhayl ibn Abi Salih, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The drought (al-sanah) is not that there is no rain in it. Rather, the drought is that the sky rains, but the earth does not produce anything."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة، عن سهيل بن أبي صالح، عن أبيه، عن أبي هريرة، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " إن السنة ليس بأن لا يكون فيها مطر، ولكن السنة أن تمطر السماء، ولا تنبت الأرض "
