Musnad Ahmad 30:1403

'Affan narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, 'Ali ibn Zayd narrated to us, from Aws ibn Khalid, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, the angels are at the doors of the mosque on the day of Friday, writing down the people according to their ranks: such-and-such person came at such-and-such hour, such-and-such person came at such-and-such hour. [They write:] Such-and-such person came while the Imam was delivering the sermon, and such-and-such person came and caught the prayer but did not catch the Jumu'ah, if he did not catch the sermon."
