Musnad Ahmad 30:1506

Azhar ibn al-Qasim al-Rasibi narrated to us, Hisham narrated to us, from Abbad ibn Abi Ali, from Abu Hazim, from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he said: "Woe to the commanders, woe to the overseers, and woe to the trustees. People will wish on the Day of Resurrection that their forelocks were suspended from the Pleiades, swinging between the heaven and the earth, and that they had not held authority over anything."
