Musnad Ahmad 30:1552

Aswad ibn Amir and Muhammad ibn Sabiq narrated to us, they said: Isra'il narrated to us, from Abu Husayn, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I am the most entitled of people to the selves of the believers. Whoever leaves behind wealth, then it is for his agnatic heirs (asaba). And whoever leaves behind dependents or a burden, then I am his guardian, so there is no claim for him."
