Musnad Ahmad 30:1557

Yahya narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, from Abu Yunus, from Abu Hurairah, that a Bedouin went on a military expedition with the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, to Khaybar. He received two dinars from his share of the spoils. The Bedouin took them and placed them in a cloak, then sewed them inside and wrapped them up. The Bedouin died, and they found the two dinars. This was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and he said: "Two brandings."
