Musnad Ahmad 30:1597

Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah informed us, from Suhayl ibn Abi Salih, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah the Almighty is pleased with three things for you, and He dislikes three things for you: He is pleased for you that you worship Him and do not associate anything with Him, that you offer sincere counsel to those whom Allah has placed in charge of your affairs, and that you hold fast to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And He dislikes for you: gossip (idle talk), excessive questioning, and the squandering of wealth."
