Musnad Ahmad 30:160

Sufyan narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from al-A’raj, from Abu Hurayrah—and it was read to him—from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "If one of you asks his neighbor for permission to insert a wooden beam into his wall, he should not prevent him." When Abu Hurayrah narrated this to them, they bowed their heads. He said: "Why do I see you turning away? By Allah, I will certainly cast it between your shoulders."
