Hadith 30:1673

Khalaf ibn al-Walid narrated to us, he said: Abu Ma’shar narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: A Bedouin passed by the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, whose health and vigor pleased him. He said: So the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, called him and said: "When did you last feel Umm Mildam?" He said: "And what is Umm Mildam?" He said: "The fever." He said: "And what is the fever?" He said: "A heat that occurs between the skin and the bones." He said: "I have no experience with that." He said: "Then when did you last feel a headache?" He said: "And what is a headache?" He said: "A throbbing that occurs in the temples and the head." He said: "I have no experience with that." He said: When the Bedouin turned away or departed, he said: "Whoever is pleased to look at a man from the people of the Fire, let him look at this one."
