Musnad Ahmad 30:1695

Haytham narrated to us, Hafs ibn Maysarah informed us, from al-Ala’, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The disbeliever and the one who killed him from among the Muslims shall never be gathered together in the Fire."
