Sufyan narrated to us, from al-Ala’ ibn Abd al-Rahman, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, attributing it to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace: "The false oath is a means of disposing of merchandise, but it wipes out the earnings."
