Musnad Ahmad 30:1771

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from Ibn Dhakwan, from 'Abd al-Rahman al-A'raj, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "My heirs shall not divide a dinar. Whatever I leave behind, after the maintenance of my wives and the provision for my worker—meaning the worker of his land—it is charity."
