'Affan narrated to us, 'Abd al-Wahid ibn Ziyad narrated to us, 'Amarah ibn al-Qa'qa' narrated to us, Abu Zur'ah ibn 'Amr ibn Jarir narrated to us that he heard Abu Hurayrah say: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no one wounded who is wounded in the way of Allah, except that he will come on the Day of Resurrection in the same state as he was the day he was wounded; his wound will be bleeding, the color will be the color of blood, and the scent will be the scent of musk."
