'Affan narrated to us, Mahdi ibn Maymun narrated to us, 'Abd al-Hamid, the companion of al-Ziyadi, narrated to us, from a sheikh from the people of Basra, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, narrating it from his Lord, the Almighty and Majestic, who said: "There is no Muslim servant who dies, for whom three households of his nearest neighbors testify to his goodness, but that God, the Almighty and Majestic, says: 'I have accepted the testimony of My servants regarding what they knew, and I have forgiven him for what I know.'"
