Musnad Ahmad 30:1874

'Affan narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from an-Nadr ibn Anas, from Bashir ibn Nahik, from Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If a man becomes bankrupt, and his creditor finds his property with the bankrupt person, specifically as it is, then he is more entitled to it."
