Musnad Ahmad 30:1876

Ali narrated to us, he said: Mu'adh narrated to us, my father narrated to me, from Qatadah, from An-Nadr ibn Anas, from Bashir ibn Nahik, from Abu Hurairah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Whoever looks into the house of a people without their permission, and they gouge out his eye, there is no blood money for him, nor is there any legal retaliation."
