Bahz and ‘Affan narrated to us, they said: Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan and ‘Ata’, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A person does not steal at the time he steals while he is a believer, and he does not commit adultery at the time he commits adultery while he is a believer, and he does not drink wine at the time he drinks it while he is a believer, and he does not embezzle at the time he embezzles while he is a believer, and he does not plunder at the time he plunders while he is a believer." And ‘Ata’ said: "And he does not plunder a plunder of high value while he is a believer." Bahz said: It was said to him, he said: "Indeed, faith is stripped from him, then if he repents, Allah will accept his repentance." And ‘Affan said in his narration: Qatadah said: And in the narration of ‘Ata’: "A plunder of high value while he is a believer."
