Musnad Ahmad 30:1896

Bahz narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Khumayr, from a freed slave of Quraysh, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "He forbade the selling of war spoils until they are divided, and the selling of fruit until it is protected from every blight, and that a man should pray while he is tucking up his garment."
