Hadith 30:19
Hushaym narrated to us, from Hisham, from Ibn Sirin, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: Sulayman ibn Dawud said: "I will go around to one hundred women tonight, and each one of them will give birth to a boy who will fight in the way of Allah." He did not say "if Allah wills" (istathna). None of them gave birth except for one woman, who gave birth to half a human. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Had he said 'if Allah wills,' one hundred boys would have been born to him, all of whom would have fought in the way of Allah."
حدثنا هشيم، عن هشام، عن ابن سيرين، عن أبي هريرة، قال: قال سليمان بن داود: أطوف الليلة على مائة امرأة، تلد كل واحدة منهن غلاما يقاتل في سبيل الله. ولم يستثن، فما ولدت إلا واحدة منهن بشق إنسان، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لو استثنى، لولد له مائة غلام كلهم يقاتل في سبيل الله " . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
