Musnad Ahmad 30:201

Sufyan narrated to us, from Abu al-Zinad, from al-A’raj, from Abu Hurairah, attributing it to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace: "None of you should look at those who are above him in creation, character, or wealth; rather, he should look at those who are below him."
