Musnad Ahmad 30:2041

Sulayman ibn Dawud narrated to us, Isma'il informed us, al-'Ala' informed me, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "A disbeliever and the one who killed him shall never be gathered together in the Fire."
