Musnad Ahmad 30:2124

Khalaf ibn al-Walid narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ayyash narrated to us, from Suhayl ibn Abi Salih, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to supplicate when going to sleep: "O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne, our Lord and the Lord of everything, Revealer of the Torah, the Gospel, and the Quran, Splitter of the seed and the date-stone, there is no god but You. I seek refuge in You from the evil of everything whose forelock You hold. You are the First, there is nothing before You; and You are the Last, there is nothing after You; and You are the Manifest (al-Zahir), there is nothing above You; and You are the Hidden (al-Batin), there is nothing beyond You. Settle the debt for us and enrich us against poverty."
