'Affan narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, he said: 'Ali ibn Zayd informed us, from 'Abdullah ibn Ibrahim al-Qurashi, or Ibrahim ibn 'Ubaydullah al-Qurashi, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to supplicate at the end of the Dhuhr prayer: "O Allah, deliver al-Walid ibn al-Walid, and Salamah ibn Hisham, and 'Ayyash ibn Abi Rabi'ah, and the weak ones among the Muslims from the hands of the polytheists, those who cannot devise a plan, nor are they guided to a way."
