'Affan narrated to us, he said: Mahdi ibn Maymun narrated to us, he said: 'Abd al-Hamid ibn Ja'far, the companion of al-Ziyadi, narrated to us, from a sheikh from the people of Basra, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "There is no Muslim who dies and three households of his nearest neighbors testify to his goodness, except that Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, says: 'I have accepted the testimony of My servants regarding what they know, and I have forgiven him for what I know.'"
