Musnad Ahmad 30:2177

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, he said: Shu‘bah narrated to us, from Jabir, he said: I heard Yazid ibn al-Asamm say: I was in Medina with Marwan ibn al-Hakam and Abu Hurayrah. A funeral procession passed by them, so Abu Hurayrah stood up, but Marwan did not stand up. Abu Hurayrah said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, when a funeral procession passed by him, and he stood up." Thereupon, Marwan stood up.
