Musnad Ahmad 30:219

It was read to Sufyan: I heard Abu al-Zinad, from al-A'raj, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. And I heard Sufyan say: "Beware of suspicion, for it is the most untruthful of speech."
