'Affan narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, he said: Thabit informed us, from Abu Rafi', that a youth from Quraysh came to Abu Hurayrah strutting in a garment of his. He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: "A man from among those who were before you was strutting in a garment of his, his hair and his two cloaks having pleased him, when the earth was caused to swallow him up. So he is sinking down into it until the Hour is established."
