'Affan narrated to us, he said: Aban ibn Yazid narrated to us, he said: Qatadah narrated to us, from an-Nadr ibn Anas, from Bashir ibn Nahik, from Abu Hurairah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "If a man becomes bankrupt, then the creditor has more right to his property if he finds it in its essence."
