Sufyan narrated to us, from Abu al-Zinad, from al-A'raj, from Abu Hurayrah, who said—perhaps he attributed it to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "If a dog laps from the vessel of one of you, let him wash it seven washings."
