Musnad Ahmad 30:2324

Ghassan ibn al-Rabi' al-Mawsili narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from 'Asim ibn Bahdalah, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurairah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Death will be brought as a piebald ram, and it will be made to stand between Paradise and the Fire. Then it will be said: 'O people of Paradise!' They will stretch their necks and look. And it will be said to the people of the Fire: 'O people of the Fire!' They will stretch their necks and look, and they will think that relief has come. Then it will be slaughtered, and it will be said: 'Eternity, no death.'"
