Musnad Ahmad 30:2326

Ghassan ibn al-Rabi' narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Ibn Sirin, from Abu Hurairah, he said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Let not one of you say: 'My male slave' (abdi) and 'my female slave' (amati). And let not the owned one say: 'My lord' (rabbi) and 'my lady' (rabbati). Let the owner say: 'My young man' (fataya) and 'my young woman' (fatati). And let the owned one say: 'My master' (sayyidi) and 'my mistress' (sayyidati). For they are the owned ones, and the Lord is Allah, the Mighty and Majestic."
